Our Production Line
Our cold storage production line introduces the advanced equipment and technology from Italy OMS, the double crawler is up to 36 meters long. This provides sufficient ripening reaction time for polyurethane foaming, which greatly improves the bonding and molding performance of the panels. The equipment can produce 250mm ultra-thick cold storage panels to meet the special requirements of customers for low-temperature environments. The advanced polyurethane pentane foaming process eliminates the original F11 and 141B blowing agent, which not only has better foaming but also truly realizes zero fluoride emissions in the production process.
Cleanroom Production Line
Our cleanroom production line is highly automated for fast processing efficiency. It also ensures stable product quality and maximum production capacity of 2million square meters/year. We can produce a variety of core material clean boards. The production efficiency is 6 to 8 times faster than traditional handmade boards.
Material Testing Center
The laboratory is equipped with more than 30 sets of professional testing equipment. The testing center supports new product research and development. All testing procedures follow international standards to maintain consistent quality.
JORNS Bending Machine
PUPANEL has two JoRNS AG bending machines in our factory. These machines come in two working lengths – 12 meters and 6 meters – so we can handle both large panels and smaller custom parts. This setup allows us to serve different project sizes and bending requirements.
Our bending machines are fully automatic and servo-controlled. They ae designed for high-precision and stable performance. With intelligent controls and programmed settings, the machine can produce many bending shapes and profiles. It supports complex bends, special edge forms, and custom panel parts.
